By creating a ChurchOS account, users agree to use the system only for authorized church administration and to protect member, finance, and document information.
- Use your own Gmail address and keep your password private.
- Do not share another user’s account.
- Only upload information that your church is authorized to store.
- Church owners are responsible for managing leader/staff access.
