ChurchOS protects each church workspace with private user accounts, signed-in access only, and tenant-separated church records.
- Only signed-in ChurchOS users can open the dashboard.
- New public accounts must use a Gmail address and password.
- Each church’s members, finance, services, documents, and reports are separated by a private church workspace key.
- Uploaded documents are stored in private ChurchOS storage and are not shared directly with church users through the platform Drive connection.
- Important account and workspace actions are recorded in the audit history for security review.
